Overview
Company-wide terms and conditions are attached to every quote you send, whether it is sent electronically or as a PDF. You set them once in your estimating settings, and they are added automatically after the proposal.
Open Estimating Settings
- In the left-hand menu, click Settings.
- Click Estimating settings. The Estimation settings page opens.
Add Your Terms and Conditions
- Scroll down to Presentation settings, near the bottom of the page.
- Under Company-wide terms & conditions, enter your terms and conditions in the text editor.
- In the top right corner, click Save changes.
Why This Matters
- Your terms and conditions are attached automatically to every quote, so you don't have to add them each time.
- They appear whether the quote is sent electronically or as a PDF.
Summary
To add company-wide terms and conditions, go to Settings > Estimating settings, scroll down to Company-wide terms & conditions under Presentation settings, enter your terms, and save your changes. They are then attached to every quote after the proposal, both electronically and in the PDF.
