Overview
This guide explains how to download a PDF copy of your proposal from Bolster. You may want to do this before sending the proposal to a client, or after the proposal has been approved. The saved PDF can be stored in your digital files or printed for physical filing.
Before You Begin
- Ensure your estimate is finalized and ready to be downloaded or printed.
- From your Estimates page, open the estimate you want to print the proposal for.
- Click into Proposal Presentation.
- Scroll down to the Project Summary.
- Click Download Proposal.
Once you click this, the proposal downloads. You can print it, save it, or send it, depending on your preference.

- The saved PDF can be stored in digital folders or printed for physical filing.
- Ensure your printer is properly connected and configured for hassle-free printing.
